This trusted Monaflex system is a favourite for reducing tyre waste in mid range OTR tyre sizes.

Minor bead damage is easily remedied using the Monaflex Mid-range Bead Repair System (MBRS). 

Suitable for sizes between 18.00 and 45/65R45, this unique system is the only option designed for bead sole widths of 2 to 4 inches.

• Accurate application of heat and pressure means the cures are even and strong.
• In this specialist system, a single heat pad wraps around the area to provide uniform temperature whilst the flexible, inflatable airbag ensures perfect conformity to the bead.
• Rapid assembly: the heat pad and airbag are supplied as a single unit which can be dropped in place over the bead damage. The operator can then quickly lock the frame together, secure it in place using the strap and switch the unit on. No single part weighs more than 9kg, so a single operator can use the system quickly and easily.
