The Monaflex XL Bead Repair System (XLBRS) is the only system that can cure repairs in the bead of giant radial tyres.

The inflatable airbags used throughout the Monaflex range conform perfectly to the bead and also provide the necessary pressure to facilitate the vulcanising process. Heat is applied via flexible Monaflex heat pads that hug the injury area.
